  • Enter the vehicle’s registration number, click RTO, and click on ‘Proceed’.
  • Click on “Application for NOC” from the list of services.
  • Process further by Entering your vehicle’s chassis number (last five digits only).
  • Proceed to the next step by Entering the essential information and uploading the required documents.
  • Pay the asked fees with any of the available digital payment options.
  • Keep the NOC application and acknowledgement safe.
  • Print out the final application with the acknowledgement receipt.
  • Proceed further by paying any outstanding road taxes to obtain the NOC approval procedure.
  • Provide all the documentation, forms, and the acceptance receipt to the RTO where your car is registered.
  • As the submission of the application procedure is completed, the RTO personnel will investigate any of the outstanding dues or taxes on your vehicle.

  • The RTO will give you the NOC in the final stage once the process is completed.
