For Shop and Establishment Certificate Registration 

  • PAN Card, Aadhar Card, or Voter Identity  card of the proprietor
  • A clear and recent photo of the proprietor will be required while applying for the commercial registration of the shop 
  • 2-3 photographs of the proprietor with the shop in different angles with the board will be required 
  • Rent agreement of the business place if it is on rent otherwise, the utility bill will work 
  • A copy of Collector Permission should be attached to the application 

For MSME Registration 

Registering a sole proprietorship firm with the help of MSME registration, also known as Udyam registration, is very easy as well as hassle-free. Firstly, the process of registration is online; secondly, there are very few documents required for the registration of MSME; and lastly, one can get the registration certificate on the same day of the application. Two main documents for the registration of MSME are an Aadhaar Card and a PAN Card, which are interlinked with each other.
