  • The mobile number which is linked with the Aadhaar Card 
  • GST Number will also be needed 
  • Personal details of the business owner 
  • The E-mail address of the business owner 
  • Business address proof of the registered address of the business will be required 
  • Registration certificate of the business
  • Incorporation certificate of the business  

Procedure of Registration 

  • Go to the official website of the Indian government for MSME or Udyam registration.
  • Click on the “new registration” 
  • Validate your Aadhaar and login 
  • Select the type of entity 
  • Fill in the form open on your screen 
  • After filling out the form check it once again and submit it 
  • After completion, you will get a mail, and you will get the registration Number 
  • Now you can download or print the Udyam registration certificate online

  • When you complete the above process of registration, you will find an option of “print certificate” on the right side of the home page 
  • Click on the available option 
  • Login through udyam registration number that you got after registration and the mobile number
  • An OTP will be sent to your mobile number that is for verification purposes. Enter the OTP and complete the login procedure. Also, you must take care that the mobile number you entered here must be attached to the aadhaar number. 
  • In the end, click on the validate OTP and print option 
  • After that, you will get the Udyam registration certificate online
