  • A copy of an ownership deed, tax receipt, or utility bill is required for the owned property.
  • A rental contract or leasing deed plus a letter of consent from the owner are required for leased property.
  • Documents for GST registration showing ownership and a contract of lease, or a contract of rental for the main office.
  • The documentation for every location the company works out of may be necessary.
  • The full name, account number, MICR code, and IFSC code of the owner of the account can be found on the bank’s financial statement or on an expired check. Certification and, if applicable, obtaining GST refunds require this.
