Whenever you want to do Trademark Registration, one thing you need to figure out is in which class your trademark will fall. Now you must be thinking what is this trademark class. There are hundreds of or may be more than that, products and services in the market and all of these can be trademarked if they fulfill the conditions given under the Trademark Act of 1999. To differentiate these products and services trademark classes have been there. There are a total forty five trademark classes which are categorized into two forms which are goods and services. Here in the current blog will discuss in detail with respect to the trademark class1 which talks about the chemicals.
